I didn't recieve a confirmation email?

It’s possible the confirmation email has gone to your junk folder or perhaps we have an incorrect email address on file for you!

Please contact us right away with the Full Name the order was placed under and your order #.

Can I Change My Order Address?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment methods as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it.

My Order Has MISSING Items!

This could be due to two different things:

(1)Your order is overweight due to excess items or contains pre-order products. For overweight orders, we may split the order and ship it out in several packages. For orders containing pre-order products, we may also split the order if it was a little delayed and give priority to the items in stock. This way you can receive some of your items as quickly as possible. We will then ship out the remaining pre-order products as soon as they are in stock. Therefore, the missing items may be found in the coming packages. If you have any questions about your package tracking information, please feel free to contact us.

(2)Missing items caused during packing or transportation. Please contact us ASAP. Email us with your order number, information regarding the problem, and provide pictures of the items you received.

My Order Has INCORRECT items!

We are happy to get the correct item to you! Please email us immeditely and provide an image of the incorrect item you recieved.

Shipping

USA

Shipping on all orders in the USA over $50 will receieve free shipping!

For orders in the USA under $50, shipping is $9.99.

International

Shipping on all orders outside the USA are $14.99.

When will I get my order?

All orders are processed the next business day. If you ordered on the weekend, your order will be procesed the following business day.

Your shipping time will vary based on the chosen delivery method at check out. Free shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks for delivery based on your location.

Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.

Customs

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Honey Bomb Boutique does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note Honey Bomb Boutique does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

Failed Delivery Situation

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items can be returned for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.

We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Item/s will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tanner. Postage must be covered to send the item back to us. All Sale items are FINAL. No exchange or store credit unless faulty or incorrect. All returns will require an authorization form to be filled out. 

All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seals if you plan to return an item.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

Order Cancellation Policy

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Honey Bomb ensures that any personal information that you provide during the registration and checkout process is kept confidential. Information provided at checkout will be used for:

-       To deliver your order to you

Your card’s security/CCV code is not stored at checkout & all payments are encrypted as per PCI-DSS requirements & industry standard encryptions. Your payment information is only used by Honey Bomb Boutique for payments, refunds & for fraud detection.
